Studio Velo Online offers the following UPS shipping options to our valued customers:

Ground UPS 5-7 business days $7.95
Expedited – 2 Day UPS* 2-3 business days $19.95
Express – Overnight UPS* 1-2 business days $29.95


* Please note that 2 Day UPS and Overnight UPS orders received after 2:00 P.M. PST will be processed the next business day. All orders require one day for processing before being released for delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 2.00 P.M. PST during the week, over the weekend, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

To ensure your order is shipped without delay, please double check that your billing information matches your credit card billing address. Verification and order processing normally takes one business day.

Shipping costs are not refundable for returned or replaced items. If a returned item was shipped for free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund for the returned items. to

All items being imported to a foreign country are subject to inspection by customs and duties may be assessed accordingly. You will be responsible for paying any import duties that may be due at the time of delivery. Studio Velo Online cannot determine these fees during your purchase transaction.

Tracking your Order:

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from a Studio Velo Online customer service representative providing you with tracking details for your order. Locate the UPS number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at www.ups.com to check the status of your order delivery.

Tracking details may not be available to you immediately as it can take 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carriers website.

Sales Tax:

Studio Velo Online charges NO SALES TAX for any purchases shipped outside the state of California. Orders shipped within California are subject to  9% sales tax.

Returns and Exchanges:

Our goal at Studio Velo Online is to ensure our customers feel great about their purchase.

If you are not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price.

Returned merchandise must be sent back to Studio Velo Online within 30 days of the purchase date, include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

To return merchandise, please email us at sales@studioveloonline.com and we will issue an return authorization and email you a return UPS label to be attached to your package.

  • Carefully pack your product in to the Studio Velo packaging it was received in;
  • Attach pre-printed Studio Velo return label to the outside of the package;
  • Ensure the package is sealed with tape to ensure the goods are secure in transit
  • Take your package to any UPS drop off location, drop box or UPS authorized shipped center or give your package to any UPS driver  making a regular pick up or delivery at your office or place of business

Please note it may take 10-14 business days to process your refund or exchange after we receive it at our returns department. We will email you to confirm we received your return and notify that the credit has been processed.

Special Orders :

While Studio Velo Online endeavors to have a sufficient inventory of items in stock, from time to time, an item may sell out. If your size is not available, please contact us at sales@studioveloonline.com with the item number and the size you require to request a special order.  We will ensure you received the first available product once it returns to stock.
