All items being imported to a foreign country are subject to inspection by customs and duties may be assessed accordingly. Tracking your Order:As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from a Studio Velo Online customer service representative providing you with tracking details for your order. Locate the UPS number on your shipping confirmation email and enter that number at www.ups.com to check the status of your order delivery. Tracking details may not be available to you immediately as it can take 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carriers website. Sales Tax:Studio Velo Online charges NO SALES TAX for any purchases shipped outside the state of California. Orders shipped within California are subject to 9% sales tax. Returns and Exchanges:Our goal at Studio Velo Online is to ensure our customers feel great about their purchase. If you are not happy for any reason, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund of the original purchase price. Returned merchandise must be sent back to Studio Velo Online within 30 days of the purchase date, include the vendor packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. To return merchandise, please email us at sales@studioveloonline.com and we will issue an return authorization and email you a return UPS label to be attached to your package.

Special Orders :While Studio Velo Online endeavors to have a sufficient inventory of items in stock, from time to time, an item may sell out. If your size is not available, please contact us at sales@studioveloonline.com with the item number and the size you require to request a special order.
